When I changed new Glow plug relay, I got following faults and I had to change the old relay back. Code 18068/P1660. My question is 1. where is the "Radiator Fan Control Module" located and 2 as any one have this happen (Fan running on high Ignition OFF) and what was the solution. I know it not the coolant sensor, or the Engine Control Module Power Supply Relay J271, or Fuses. both are new and fuses are good.

Remove the ground on the small relay terminal and jumper it to ground. If it works now there is a problem with the module or PCM. Check the glow plugs for an open circuit. Pull the connector off the glow plugs. Use a test light and connect it to the positive battery terminal. Touch each terminal to a glow plug.
2nd thing, it seems like you might have a battery or regulator problem, might just be use of VCDS and scanning car without having a charger connected, but if you have issues with battery it would be worth checking battery condition as well as charging. Would be interesting to know how hard/severely the bump was.
